Baked Sweet Potato Sticks
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
1 Large Sweet Potato or yam, cut lengthwise into eigths
Directions
Scrub potato. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Arrange spears, skin side down, 1 inch apart on a
baking sheet. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 25 minutes or until tender.
