Fish - Probally the best meat, especially osters, muscles, and other vegetarian shell fish. Fish are usually high in iodine and are the best source of Omege-3 that helps prevent heart disease. Fish also tends to be low in saturated fat, unlike beef. Beans - help lower cholesterol. They help diabetics from blood sugar overload. They are also one of the highest sources of fiber.
