Nutritional Myths
Here are some common myths.

Carbohydrates are more fattening than protiens.
Actually 1 gram of carbohydrate is 4 calories. Just as 1 gram of protein is also 4 calories. Also excess carbohydrates that are converted to fat use energy, thus being worth less calories.

Process food is less nutritious than raw food. In most cases processed food has vitiams or fiber added to it. Some products, such as milk, are unconsumable in its raw form and must be pasturized. Frozen foods trap in nutrients better than raw foods.
